I have been thinking about the increase in price these last couple of weeks and the relationship to the entitlement announcement. I have come to the conclusion that the run cannot be related to the announcement. When you think about it the Directors would not want the price to go up too far when they going to do an entitlement for 5 cents.
That said the offer is commendable giving shareholders the opportunity to top up their holding at a good price.
What happens next?
If the price increase is related to good news this should show when trading opens next week.
I will be taking up my entitlement it's better than the 6.5 cents I have benn buying at recently.
