Hi WA, my thoughts exactly, it can't be related to the announcement, the only reason it would be done is to make shareholders think it's a bargain to take up the 5c offer. Who would want to do that and waste money and it can,t be management it would be illegal. There must be an anticipation of news coming. If that's the case and the price continues to rise next week this rights issue will be a real bonus for shareholders. I was glad to see the initial offer to shareholders and not SI's.
