I welcome the decision and that sanity finally prevailed, but don't expect the taxpayer funded EDO to stop using the courts to attempt to block projects unless the government clips their funding. There's been no indication that an offshore development at Dorado will attract protests from the red, black and yellow perpetually offended crowd, but I'm sure the green perpetually offended crowd will find something to get upset about.
