In my view we have far too many directors, you can have as little as one person looking after a portfolio of assets in a company and the reality is we are paying far too much for expensive lunches. CVN is nothing more than a fund manager anyway we invest with companies that know what they are doing we don’t make the important decisions just pay out money when it is needed so we only need an accountant and the right person at the top, this company could be run from home.
