The other thing about yellow tail Kingfish is that the whole idea of serving this up to the standard aussie family is still in it's early stages of marketing. While everyone seems to go to woolies and buys salmon, the beauty of Kingfish is that it has a similar profile in terms of omega 3- yet has it's own distinct flavour and colour. There are enormous and exciting inroads yet to be made with this product.
