There seems to be a lack of common sense in a majority of people these days. Oh well, they shall receive ZERO sympathy when this baby goes nuclear!

In regards to your info about the capital gains tax , I know I enquired about capital gains tax a few months ago but could you please set the record straight again in regards to Capital gains tax? So many people have different opinions, it is very confusing and when i did my tax the other day, I asked the accountant who gave me a mystified look as if he never had been asked that question before.... may need a new tax accountant!
