I've spoken to mark. My tip would be that if ur unsure or a little worried about what's going on to call him. He was freindly and happy to have a chat. Obviously can't say to much but the questions he could he answered well and even offered his opinion on occasions which was good. I'm sitting tight for a while longer, I'm still confident of a bid being put on the table. Time frame of maybe within 3 months. My opinion is once the first offer comes in we could see 2 or more counter offering. Big upside here. Dyor obviously
