I agree, The system sucks in it's entirety.

If the sp fall from the sky, no one ask any questions as to why it is doing so, even it is obvioulsy manipulated in a way to force it that way, but if it goes up, there are speeding tickets asking what is going on. The funds and the shorters are the ones screaming foul play when this happens and immediately ask the question, because they may be getting burned and scolded in a bad way.

IMHO, the system is designed to protect the funds and the manipulators/shorters, the cappers, and everyone else who has the power to do so.
