I don't like speeding tickets. They usually have the effect of like putting cold water on the red hot iron.
IMO, If speeding tickets are issued when a stock rise in value pretty quickly, it should also works in the reverse, and issue speeding tickets when the stock goes down like a brick that has fallen off a window.
But, who are we to ask that question.............
