the share price was dropping as the receivers where nocking on the door. I've already picked two dead dogs in this race and I do far more research on companies now than I ever have in the past.
Know your product know your market and then buy the share, if they still have a market and a product. Losing literally thousands of dollars of borrowed money is the best teacher in life.
