I reckon some impatient holders are selling off today to take profit, very normal IMO, from the volume of last few weeks trading we can see that majority holders' cost is at about 1.2-1.5c, so I don't think our sp will go even lower than the current level.
It might take a few more days to consolidate at the price level of around 1.5c, and we won't be able to enter again at this level if any positive news released anytime from now, it could be tomorrow or later, but won't be long.

also as we were informed that quite a few jobs will be done in the 1st quarter (Please check the below we got it from the last ANN, positive ANNs will be released as well I believe), so why bothered by those impatient sellers?

Exploration Concession Applications, San Luis .
---------High level discussions held with the San Luis Mines Department have determined that the concessions will be granted along with the EIA’s in early 2018.

La Rioja Cobalt project
--------- fieldwork will commence in the first-quarter of 2018 for further mapping and sampling to assist in determining drill targets.

Primero - High Level Scoping Study (this shows the potential)
---------The level of detail required for the study is to predicate a determination of the magnitude of CAPEX required for the processing Plant.

Westminster Resources Peru Copper asset sale
--------- to sign the final Sale Agreement by year-end.

First Quantum Minerals (FQM), Peru
---------The data will be analysed and on completion used to generate drill targets with the drill permitting to commence shortly thereafter.

Guadalupito Project (could happen any time)
--------Latin Resources has entered into preliminary discussions with a private company based in Vancouver, Canada to assist in selling its Guadalupito Mineral sands project in Peru, South America

Joint Venture and Offtake Negotiations (could happen any time)
--------The Company advises that negotiations are continuing with progress being made to agree suitable terms on a JV and an offtake agreement.

I wouldn’t be so sure about the majority of holders holdings being between 1.2 and 1.5
There was 1B shares traded below 1c since November. Remembering that much of the recent buying from 1-1.8 could’ve been done by people that bought the majority of their holdings below 1c.
