Huayou got 180 million odd shares for $15,000,000. That is 7c per share.

If they effectively disposed off the whole lot, at an average say of 20-25c for the purpose of capping, they would have made a neat $30,000,000++ profit, which is a lot more than a quid.

However, their main gain would come in the case of a TO by them. If their capping manages to stunt SP growth by a mere 5c, then at a modest 50% premium they will be saving $165,000,000 (2.2bb shares X 0.05 X 150%) in take over money. And, that is impressive !
