Basically the detriment claimed is of the defamatory kind, AND, law 101: a company of a particular size like MIN's cant sue for defamation.

Also note Joe Lowry said MIN res conveniently ignores the crucial point about their ore not being processed. There are onanistic excuses for that on MIN's thread.

I think we would find the defendant measured their words based on fact. If MIN Res pursued action it might expose facts that might be severely counter productive to their reputation.
