Some days ago I mentioned a mini buying rush was imminent, mainly due to the fact that almost all ASX Lithium peers are racing ahead in valuation whilst laggard AVZ was pretty much standing still/marking time (ie, a expanding gap). So a relative valuation gap was apparent and widening. It appears that mini catchup is now beginning. Remember these peers have been setting new highs for several weeks wheres AVZ has still some way to go to retest its 12 mths high. Expect a pause around resistance at prev high for a period before break through ... assuming sector strength continues. Again its all about sector movement and balance. Punters will actively seek out the laggards as long as the laggards FA is sound. Greed and the promise of "easy" money is the motivation here. As for sound FA ... I'm surprised AVZ was left behind in the 1st place the strength of its FA potential is second to none right now
