Horse with respect, you should compare PLS MC and the others at same time in the business cycle. Obviously PLS is valued higher as they send product to market in 6 months.
I value your tables and I see them a lot, but showing a table where the comparison is shown with the MC at the same time is more useful. Only then we can see the discount that the market accepts for being in DRC.
