Thats what i was thinking so im thinking the chinese know this an the americans an even maybe europeans couldnt match a chinese offer price because of risk unless there very desperate when push comes to shove we will see, i doubt they will match it though the only way i see it going away from china is if america an europe team up an split the risk.
