If AVZ are potentially sitting on the largest Lithium deposit in the world, why would AVZ Mgt consider a TO? I would have thought that the SP for Mgt and shareholders would be significantly higher in the long run? Just don't understand why a TO is considered an option IMO. I know they are an exploration company but their business model could change given what's at stake. Like to understand the logic behind this. Thx.
