I recall the topic of the Chinese competing against each other being discussed in previous threads but can't remember the exact details, so sorry for bringing this up again. Are the Chinese allowed to bid against each other?

Also I recall a tweet by ML a while ago in regards to airguide working for a group of Chinese companies on a 300m funding deal for PLS which fell through due to in-fighting. Very possible a jv with multiple parties involved but imo will take a hell of a lot of discussion to nail down the fine details. Everyone wants a piece of the pie.
