There is more than just drillling commencement to update.
If as some suggest AVZ appear to have made a decision to take this to mining, such a decision warrants informing it's shareholder base at the very least.... That is, 'something of substance'.
As for drilling 'something of substance', you will be very surprised as to how many investors ( retail, of which AVZ has a large base) would view official Coy news that drilling has commenced as opposed to a 'tweet' of trucks rolling through some town, as 'something of substance'.
It's kinda of like at the AGM in Nov 2017 when Klaus didnt attend and Nig said, he was in the Congo attending to 'things'
You might be happy with 'tweeted videos', 'no news' and politician like empty answered 'attending to things', however I'm not.
