You probably should consider the following factors,
1. Lithium price is up around 300% since TianQi acquisition;
2. AVZ Manono deposit (1.25-1.5% Li2O, shallow, Tin & tatanlum) size could be 3-6 times of Greenbushes deposit(2.4% Li2O, deeper, no Tin credit).
