Nice ! This proves the market doesn't give a s**t about the DRC tax / mining code change. Please don't forget, Cobalt in DRC should have got the hit the worst but Huayou is still doing it's bullish run. All the "concerns" from the trolls on the weekend debating about the impact on us is now looking like history. Onward & upward from here.

I admit I was slightly concern about the impact as well but now I am @ ease. Looking to buy more @ current level for the incoming news. The soaking @ 28.5c is encouraging J
