    the delay in drilling and what appears to be panic selling has worked to many a holders advantage In my view.
    I personally have been buying truck loads from the low 20s into the 30s and have added another truck load back in the 20s again, so I'm as happy as Larry!
    I feel for those who have been losing sleep through this period but I have not been one.
