by chosing to use which ever trade you wish and it could even be partial of a trade (as its not always we trade in the same number of shares of course). this suits all accounts i would think. How ever you can choose to use the average price also.
I find it incredibly interesting topic with lots of opportunities that many may miss. Did you like my lengthy example above and was it clear?
