no, don't think so. This would not drive the SP up to 70-80c as predicted and bring AVZ a cashflow up to 1,20A$ per share. Can imagine the easter eggs being the "players" we haven't heard something for some time now. Partner for a JV incl. AVZ. If you look @ML's posts he often presents interested companies for different aspects of a gigantic project around AVZ and mining and production of Li, Tin, Tantalum & the production of LCE.
