imo it will be a JV including AVZ and its shareholder since it is far too expensive to buy out the whole thing. Tin value 10 bn US$, LCE 300-500 bn. US$. Who should pay a fair price & what is a fair price for this monster? Better solution is to bring together companies into a JV who are able to mine and produce LCE, Tin & Tantalum and batteries.
AVZ does not need to provide to the JV more than its tenement. Whether it is only Manono or Manono & Kitotolo or the both including Manono Ext. we will see. JORC is only needed to define AVZ's stake in the JV. Huayou, CATL & Sinochem(?) will build up mines and plants and pay a resonable stake to AVZ shareholder. Only my opinion... but there are so many dots on the field... it feels like "painting by numbers"...
