    if thats the case, would like to assume mgt will not...

    use words like " mid Feb " in their Feb1 ann considering the Chinese New Year dates are not decided overnight.
    have 4 drill rigs they paying for parked till the Chinese stop celebrating
    Add more time to delays already suffered
