Hey everyone,

Just a quick thank you to all HC contributors. I've been following the threads for a couple months now and have been learning significantly about the market and it's dynamics. Also, thanks 8horse for teaching me investing fundamentals, it's all in the facts.

This has been my first investment ever and it has come out in a bang, extremely happy.
Keep up the good work HC contributors.

One last question though.
If a T/O bid pops up and is settled. what next for avz? they get paid, loose all ownership over the project and move on to new projects?
