my take on dow moving down...
... markets gone down now 3 days straight... will take 1-2 days to accept news of tariff increases if that. in short term unlikely to cause tariff wars. over longer periods potentially... noting steel and alum. not lithium. stocks crushed hardest was in that sector and those using such commodities.
on the other hand, Powell said interest rate hikes will be gradual...this was very positive for medium-long term outlook as market was more scared of this occurring.
will it impact sp today...potentially slightly... but those that do buy are imo going to reap benefits next week as stocks go back getting over tariff increase but also not worrying about aggressive rate hikes. also avz may hopefully announe progress.
