That's an incorrect comment. Dow had slight gain and loss yesterday until Trump's steel/aluminium tariffs news. Prior to that the loss was due to traders misinterpreted comments of Fed about us inflation/economy.
There are a lot of fear here this week. I hope everyone please do proper research and rationally make sell/buy decision base on their own research/reasoning instead of emotion/fear.
