I was disappointed with the recent CR not because of the pricing, but more because of the undisclosed identity of the investor. So, I try to stay open minded for the time being.

However, let me share my experience about KDR/SQM announcement last Jul. Based on my own research, I saw the JV is a good decision and bought in at ~58-62c. However, many HC members heavily criticised KDR management thinking they give the company away too cheaply. The SP fluctuated between 50-60c for about 3 months. Despite my own research and calculation show that KDR worths more, I was worn down by all the negativity from KDR forum and when the SP reached mid 60c, I sold all my 100K holding and didn't get back in until $1.20.

Similar to KDR, there is a lot of noise about AVZ CR atm. However, told myself not to make the same mistake with AVZ because my own research shows that AVZ worths much more then the current level.
