    Just a thought and probably wrong! could it be that the drilling contractors held things up due to - show me the money? - obviously a huge task to get equipment to site, now theres more $$$ in the bank (cr) they can get in there and drill not just the 20000 m but the full 40000m, more worthwhile for them. The cr may have been very necessary.
