    North American Lithium is ultimately owned by Ji Lin Ji En Nickel Industry Co., Ltd, listed on Shanghai or HK exchange.

    The link above transfers to notice released to market. I’m no expert, but I don’t read too much into it, probably a hand shake deal between 2 Chinese Coy’s.
