At least its all out in the open; think about it, on Friday me, you , MDs, financiers , funds didnt know if it was going to be signed or not; we all knew 2 months ago that an increase from 2 to 3.5% on royalties was very likely.

Now everyone knows what the result , so the result can now be included in any negotiation ; it was still questionable last week.
