The fact is that no holding is worth anything unless you sell it. So who knows maybe he has a tax bill, maybe he has another venture he wants to prop up, maybe he wanted to rent a floor at the mariot and pack it with cocaine and hookers. Who knows and who cares, its his money. the fact these directors, while paid well, are still grinding like the rest of us and if I had a few million in shares sitting at all time highs and wanted to buy a new house,car, pony for the kids, i'd slice some off the top too. people need to stop looking for correlations when there aren't any.
