Theory:
-NA Insto takes 60m share placement at 25c
-NA insto and Insto friend are aware of upcoming AVZ inclusion into rare earths ETF
-First Insto sells out the bulk of placement at 30c to Insto friend who has a buying window on ETF entry
- Insto keeps 30m attaching options which are almost in the money
-AVZ forum goes into meltdown
