I'll share a story with you. I once held Bow Energy (when CSG was running hot). It was bought out by Arrow Energy for $1.52. In the weeks before the TO offer, the share price drifted from just over $1.10 to about 87-88c. Lots of expectations about material announcements that never eventuated and disgruntled shareholders bailed out. Then bang, the company went into a TH, followed a few days later with an announcement of a TO offer for about $1.35 which was later increased to $1.52. What's my point? Not for a moment am I saying there will be a takeover offer, but with imminent news I harp back to my Bow Energy experience. Those investors who bailed suggesting that the lack of announcements meant bad news missed out on a TO premium of around 80%. Not advice for what you should and shouldn't do but just sharing a story of a stock I held in a similar position re updating the market & growing investor dissatisfaction at the lack of news flow. Cheers
