    Just this one company (for example) seems to have two satellites that would offer internet over Manono.

    Satelite coverage - DRC.jpg price - satelites - manono.jpg Doesn't seem like a lot of money to pay to have a standing capacity to send photos. And this wouldn't even be the cheapest way to do it.
