If you look at my posting history from at least last year I have been on record as saying the key date is 2020/21, and ironically sometime in August 2017 I think that was also a date stipulated in an Ann by AVZ. I spoke abut this in another thread in another stock again recently - timeframe for new greenfields developments to get into the market - so the discussion in that stock is relevant here if people are interested.
