HC does not stop an individual, holder and non holder, from posting as they see fit. Ultimately it comes down to the person. As a rule, I never post on stocks I don't hold, in particular those that I've held and sold out. I was fortunate to have exited PLS late last year and early 2017 (avg around 60c). Once I exited the stock, out of respect to the holders I never posted again - to either taunt them, warn them or brag about how smart I was to get out as the sp progressively slid back into the 30's. But that's just me. Whereas, some jump back on this forum after selling out to broadcast their achievements whilst lecturing the rest of us - is it out of loneliness or the need to be revered? Who knows, who cares! As for me, I just have better things to do with my time.
