    If this is correct and Huayou have a non executive director on the board of AVZ ,then would expect Huayou to make an offer.
    As it is very myopic by the market not to price in a potential take over.
    Would shareholders accept Huayou shares ? As part of the take over deal.
    Not long to wait for Oct 12th meeting.
