A takeover over in the discovery/define phase can be on the way or at the end of a JORC defined resource. If a JORC the more the suitors will pay, before; less.
Some will rush to acquire AVZ cheaper and therefore at pre-JORC, while others like to have all the i's dotted and t's crossed i.e. a JORC before they commit.
