Basically, someone who has lots of shares (usully institutions) put lots of their shares in at a price. (in this case 25c) for a number of reasons.
A. Psychological- people see it and go omg everyone is selling, and dump theirs too. Whic
can allow the capper's friends to scoop them up
B. If there are heaps of shares at 25c that means people will have to buy all the shares at 25c before the SP can go up- effectively capping the price
C. As a ploy- frequently pre open cappers will stack at a price and them pull the order before open, which links back to A and B
It's heaps more complicated than that though, but it' s early in the morning and my brain isn' fully going yet
