Knowing a takeover is on the cards and the minimum is speculated to be 20c, if you had the odd mill or two that 12, 12.5 and 13 cap would be a great buy given that if the minimum TO is reached, and the average buy is 12.5c, for $1,000,000 you could make a $600,000 profit.
