At price 28c, AVZ's exploration targeted lithium resource is valued at $30/t, right side of the following table, compared with KDR's valuation $246/t and PLS's valuation $311/t.
If AVZ were having similar valuation per ton as KDR, AVZ implied price is $2.17/share.
- Let's say apply 50% for AVZ's risks: implied AVZ share price: $1.08
- If the 50% discount for the risks is not succifient, then apply further 50% discount on AVZ:
implied AVZ share price: 54c
So, 50c is my minimum target within next few months.
