Due Diligence on AVZ would take 1 month tops. It has no revenue and one massive asset. The checking on licenses may take some time and checking the resource limited, as no JORC. By all accounts its going to be a Chinese group or groups and this is where the delays may take time, as they negoitate a JV of sorts. DD on DRC , transport should be easier for them to comprehend over European etc also.
