Sure, there is sophisticated capping no doubt...but just needs some blue-whales to take them out... realising they will still make a big profit....also ML is doing further heavy negotiations with fund managers/mining/ battery companies at the moment. A resource whose owners could have the potential to control lithium supply and pricing is so valuable that there will be a bidding war in my opinion, and is why I think we will see a minimum 30c takeover.

One thing we know for sure, there is a high probability of a TO with Klaus's modus operandi, which was confirmed as recently on the 25/09/2018 when he said:
