    If it is Huayou who are capping/buggering around with the SP, I think they are wasting their time.
    If Huayou tried an offer of say 35-45c, I do not think the likes of China Moly or CATL will allow it to succeed without trumping their outrageous offer for the Lithium #monsterofmanono.
