OD it's their capumulating that you are witnessing but we are far from buggered. The delay is due to the 'negotions' between the prospective owners which is taking time because of the importance of control and divide-up issues rather than TO price ...... is my opinion

Think of the capumulating as hiding the last coat in the shop (from others) knowing that you will be having it at any price once you've got your wallet from the house.
