Setting aside Klaus, ML has repeatedly stated that AVZ is up for sale.

The BOD want to sell.

That's a given.

ML's job is to get the best possible price and hopefully create a bidding war.

However if there's no such bidding, then we will not see 30c.

Note - 30c would be remarkable. However 2-25 in my opinion would be pretty disgraceful seeing what AVZ has and the extent to which is will change market dynamics
