Yes agree about the importance for CATL to secure supplies but they are no miner but Either they team up with a miner in DRC such as the already established Shanshan and CMOC or with Huayou .
Either way these are major companies and doubt a low ball offer considering the importance and long term play to secure Manono .
If CATL is involved there will be massive demand for its script and a certain off take agreement with VW .
Manono ... only one that makes sense....
